Refund and cancel policy Draft

Cancel any time from your account. You keep access to the end of the month you paid for, then the plan stops and nothing else is charged. There's no contract and no cancel call.

If your first month isn't what you wanted, even after the revisions, email us at support@csmax.app within 14 days of your first payment and we refund that whole first payment. You keep the clips you already got.

If we don't deliver the clips your credits cover in a month, for a reason on our side, we refund the share you didn't get. On Ultra, for example, if your credits covered 60 short-form clips and we delivered 40, we refund a third of that month.

We send approved refunds within 5 business days, back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Past the first 14 days we don't refund a month you've already used, because the clips were made. We'd still rather hear what went wrong.

Credits

• Unused plan credits roll over for one month, up to one month's amount, then end. Draft
• A short video up to 90 seconds is 10 credits, a video over 90 seconds and up to 3 minutes is 20 credits, and a long-form video up to 15 minutes is 50 credits, with 50 more for each extra started 15 minutes. Those prices are for a Clean edit. A Full production edit (b-roll, sound effects, motion, styled captions and a color grade) costs 2x the Clean price. • Every stage is billed in credits: strategy alone is 10 credits and scripts alone are 3 credits each. Ordering strategy, script and edit together is the all-in price. You get one free refinement on each strategy or script batch. Draft
• Every order gets a firm quote. You never pay more than the quote, and unused credits come back to you.
• Extra credits can be added at your plan's own price per credit. We add them by hand for now.
• Credits end when you cancel.
• Each request includes 2 free revision rounds. After that, each extra round is 10 credits.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access to the end of the month you paid for. Plans are $15, $30 and $60 a month Draft. [LEON: payment processor wording; payments are not live]

Sales-share offers

Any sales-share offer is a separate written agreement, and its percentage sits on top of the plan. It is not covered here.
